Dinner On The River | Thursday August 20th - This is a local Big Sky Montana BBQ restaurant so come casual. Jeans and T-Shirt/untucked polo, summer dress or skirt would be great. This is the night we encourage guests to lean into Montana and its western style. Note a majority of this event will be on grass.  

Cocktails At The Club | Friday August 21st - Cocktail attire is preferred. For women a short or mid length dress and for men a jacket with no tie. 

Wedding, Dinner & Dancing | Saturday August 22nd - Formal attire is preferred. For women a mid to full length dress and for men a dark suit. There will be a short walk following the ceremony on grass. 

It’s typically high 60s to low 70s during the day and high 50s to low 60s at night. However every now and again you get a day in the 80s or a frost in the morning. We encourage everyone to pack layers (for women we suggest bringing a jacket or a wrap to each of our events) and check the weather the week leading up. As of now all our events are outside with some covering.

While we love your children, our events will be adults only.

There is limited parking space available at each event. We ask for you to please use the provided transportation or to coordinate separate transportation with your lodging or an outside vendor if you would like to arrive/leave outside the shuttle times provided.
